DEVELOPMENT DRAFT · NOT PUBLISHED TERMS
Your data, responsibly handled.
Personally identifiable information (PII) is prohibited in all analysis and scoring inputs.
Prepare nonpersonal data
Do not submit names, personal or work email addresses identifying a person, phone numbers, precise personal addresses, government identifiers, or identifiable financial, health or device information.
Customer and employee IDs, hashed emails and pseudonyms that can be linked to a person remain prohibited. This also covers free text, filenames, headers, hidden sheets, workbook comments and metadata, project labels, rubric instructions and review reasons.
Remove prohibited information outside the app and prepare a clean copy. Automated detection is imperfect and does not certify anonymity. Permission, encryption or a paid plan cannot waive this rule.
Before customer processing is enabled
Each user must affirmatively accept the current terms. Each import must include a separate no-PII attestation, and server checks must succeed before preview, analysis or provider dispatch.
Normal sign-in and billing information is handled through separate account flows. Accidentally received prohibited content must be isolated and remediated; it cannot be analyzed.
The operating entity, markets, contact details, vendor qualification, retention settings and legal review are still release requirements. This build does not accept uploads or create saved datasets.
